Finally summer seems to be here and with it there are some changes in the air. I will be quitting one job and starting another. I'll be spending time in Cleveland within the next three weeks training for mine. Other changes in my life include:

Lost ten pounds in one month, down from 215 to 205, at 6'2'.
Quit drinking
Becoming a home body.
