Shot some photos with my new 50mm lenses the other day. I'm amazed at how quickly you can get it to fall out of focus. I love that his right lense of his glasses are in focus but his ear is completely out of focus. I really need some excuses to use this lenses some more.

In general I had a pretty good week, was in a cinematography symposium for a few days. The team I work on sent me as the camera/editing expert so it was nice. Its so cool to just meet with a ton of incredibly talented people who are interested and doing the same things you are. It was great, and now I have all this stuff I want to work on next week.

I also went to see Constantine last night with 5lave. I liked it, 5lave and his brother weren't overly impressed but Im a sucker for eye candy. Anyway off to work, and I'm going to head down to Body Perv tonight, so hopefully that'll be a lot of fun.







Wow, just came back from downtown, the city is covered in fog... when I was coming in on the skytrain I thought the city might be on fire... wafting smoke leaking out of the downtown core. Was nice to shoot photos of it, I need to be more proactive about catching stuff like this when it happens...
