I returned home after a trip to Belgium. The trip was not a good one and this is very me upset.
And at the same time, I'm thankful.
Yes, such contradictory feelings.
I am grateful that on a trip, despite all the troubles, I was able to earn some money and recoup my expenses. It's good.
I visited the Royal Museums of Fine Arts and saw with my own eyes the amazing works of the Flemish, Dutch and French masters: Hieronymus Bosch, Pieter Bruegel the Elder, Rubens, Anthony van Dyck. This museum has an amazing collection of modern art: Fernand Knopf, Jean Louis David, Paul Gauguin and even Vincent Van Gogh. And, of course, the surrealists: Rene Magritte, Paul Delvaux, Max Ernst and many others!
It was a terrific experience. I love art very much!
At the same time, my favorite way of expressing creative thought is architecture!
In Brussels, an amazing Bavarian gothic. I find the city itself sad and not beautiful, but the center ... Old Town with a "Sugar House", "royal galleries[" and [guild houses ... What a beauty there.
I felt like a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen! In the Christmas tale!
I'm at home now. While I was writing this text, my dog - Ariceli climbed onto my lap and fell asleep. For that, I'm also thankful!
What about u?
