the rsults turned out fine. no nerve damage or anything like that. so i'm going to be going back to physical therapy for a while under a specialist. the last therapist i went to made me worse so i'm not going back to her. i got a busy day ahead os me od watering my plants and repotting a few of them. oh what a life i live
