woo hooooooooo. today is my 2 week mark of quiting the smokes. it's rough. my first 2 yoga classes were really intense. the type of yoga i do is bikram. it's done in a room thats heated to 100 degrees. i went early to my first class so i could get used to it ahead of time. when i walked through the studio doors it literally took my breathe away. i feel really good though. everyone should try sweating a few gallons in 90 minutes at least once in their life. other than that not to much is happening in my life. i'm just trying to take things a little easier and keep my stress level down. i got a great idea for a new set which i'm shooting over the next 3 weeks, so keep yer' eyes peeled. well i got to go, bye!!

thats really awesome, i really thing its great you quit smoking, and back in high school i used to wrestle, and my coach would cut the heat on in the gym so it would be hott as fuck, and he would make us wear sweat shirts and pants and yea, i can see a similarity...kinda lol <33
