My move to the Bay Area is less than two weeks away now. I still can't believe it!
This past weekend we signed our lease on our new apartment, and found somebody to take over our lease here in Texas. We've sold most of the furniture items that we aren't taking with us now. Most of the highly stressful things are now out of the way, but it's all still pretty terrifying! I'm most worried about driving so far with my animals at this point.
Once I get settled in the Bay Area, I plan on taking lots of new self-shots, and trying to challenge myself photographically. I hope to start photographing more models (oh yeah, I forgot to tell you guys over here that I did that for the first time!) and to learn more about using the camera in general.
Something else super exciting (and not stressful) for me happened for me last week, though! My photos I shot in London with @gemmaedwardsuk were published in the latest issue of @frontmag! :D This is my first publication, so I am beyond excited about it. Here's a sneak peek for you guys! I woke up this morning to finding out my set I shot with @darryldarko at the Portugal Shootfest has been bumped up in the queue! It comes out on Friday at 4AM Pacific time now. :o Eeep! Head on over to my Instagram to see the giveaway I'll be doing in honor of my set hitting member review. :) I can't wait for you to see this set, as it is definitely my favorite one yet! I look entirely different than I did in my first two sets. :P
Welp, I am about to head up to Dallas to visit some of my family one last time before my move! I'll post a more thorough update soon, as I've skipped a bunch of things this time. <3
