Now that I am sort of recovered from my Europe trip... I bring you this blog! I flew off to Berlin a few weeks ago with a long trip ahead of me. Unfortunately, I did not take many photos in Berlin because I was being shy about carrying around the camera. The photos I've taken on this trip are some of the first photos I've ever taken with a good camera and a good lens. I'm excited to learn more, and hopefully I can start shooting humans soon!
My favorite part of Berlin was visiting Berghain, a power plant converted into a nightclub. I am a huge electronic music fan, and Europe is a much better place for it than America. I got to see my awesome buddy @cameronstewart, too! We went in the middle of the day on Sunday because it is very difficult to get in as it is. The club was still packed full of people, and inside you would never guess that it was light outside! Going anywhere definitely took some bundling up.
The next stop was Bruges. I had been there once before, but only for a day. It really is a fairytale city. The architecture is amazing. OMG so much delicious beer, too! I wouldn't mind living in Belgium some day.
On my last night there, I went and got a little tattoo to commemorate the trip! It's next to my tattoo I got in Lisbon. :) A little Delirium (Belgian beer) elephant.
My last morning there, I took a few photos out on the private terrace at my hotel. It was SO COLD. I had a freezing bum after this!
My last stop for this trip was London. I stayed there the longest, and I'm glad! There were lots of things to do. I ended up going to another awesome club, Ministry of Sound. It was probably the best experience I have ever had at a club. I'm surprised my feet didn't fall off from all the dancing I did! I got to shoot with @gemmaedwardsuk who is the sweetest and such a great photographer! I can't wait to see the photos. :)
I also got to shoot with Pirate Photography while I was in London. We shot some really fun sets! Oh my glob!
One of the last things I did in London was get tattooed again! I went to Frith Street, and Sarah Carter did this little swallow for me. I love it so much! I think I am going to do my whole left arm up in traditional tattoos... :D
