So, while I still haven't taken the time to re-introduce myself to this community fully, one thing I can say that some of you might remember is that I'm a massive bookworm. And these days I have this fun little thing I do. I will let fate decide my next read.
What do I mean by that? Well, I'm doing my own Dice Man thing, except for using dice, I go to this website called Wheel of Names, where I can add several names into a list, and then spin the weel. Whatever name the arrow lands on, that's the book I'll read next.
Today the roulette has spoken again, the choice was made: My next read is Sign Here, the debut novel (and so far the only novel) by Claudia Lux.
It's described as "a darkly humorous, surprisingly poignant, and utterly gripping debut novel about a guy who works in Hell (literally) and is on the cusp of a big promotion if only he can get one more member of the wealthy Harrison family to sell their soul."
The main character's name appears to be Peyote Trip, so it's safe to say that there's going to be some dark humor in this. I'm looking forward to it!
