Why do big companies take so goddamned long on hiring for new positions? I know its certainly not about "making sure we have the right person" because that does not take a month, or two months, in 90% of cases.
It's very annoying, especially when that job, and whether you get it or not, changes a LOT of things that need to happen very soon!
