you go apply, they take your resume, ask you some questions, you take some tests on programs you know (microsoft word, excel, phone systems, etc) here is the tricky part: the tests are actually sim programs OF the programs youre testing. so, you can not use shortcuts. still not that hard; I scored high on excel when i had little experience.
then they give you a counselor based on your skills. you call into the counselor daily in the morning if youre looking for work. assignments go for days/weeks/ months. no benefits unless you work a really long stretch of 35 hour weeks at one assignment (like 8-12 months?)
