So, Christmas. I never did it as a child. I probably never will. It seems like such a pain. I'm glad it's almost over. I'll be sad to see the lights go away. But I'll be happy to see all the people disappear. I have spent my Xmas watching Mythbusters, doing laundry and applying to jobs. I am quite pleased with my Xmas. (except for the job-hunting part)
I am toying with the idea of going to Times Square for New Year's. It probably won't happen. I've been quite the hermit as of late. Money is tight and sitting in my house watching the Science channel is cheap. I love being a student. I hate being a broke student. As much as I enjoy being a student, I'll be thrilled when I have my Bachelor's and and I can GTFO into the workforce. 2012. That is so fucking far away.
At least by then the recession should be over and I'll be able to vote for Barack Obama again.
*shrug*
