high-fives @ Dunaway's
Last night Micah and I met at Night Sky in Troy for coffee. Instead we were hungry so we went to get dinner at Dunaway's, which is Troy's #1 pub voted by the customers...After thinking about it for a second I realized it's the ONLY pub in Troy!! Well, the waitress was very nice and kept coming over and bitching about other employees to Micah and I. After about the 3rd time while she was telling us about how everyone inside (we ate outside) got pizza and there are only 2 ovens so it would be a little while Micah just up and high-fives her...After she walked away he was like "I can't believe I just high-fived the waitress!".. I agreed and we went on our merry way of trying to yell over the speakers blaring great tracks from the late 70's...We finally moved to another table and got our food..But one of us would bring up the high-five every once in a while.. I think it might have been the single greatest thing that had ever happened to me in Troy...Even beating the time i drove through the high school grounds after they put down new sod!!
But, even this morning at breakfast it was brought up!! We had a debate on who was going to post about it, and it looks like I got the thrill of writing it!!!
All in ALL great Friday night/Saturday morning!!!
