The ampitheatre / The stage play.
One of the minor characters had been manipulated to obey or to internalize the preferences of an imaginery father. There was an imaginery mother who had the imaginery word “perfect” tatooed upon her imaginery forehead. The minor character spent a good part of the day fulfilling the emotional needs of these imaginery people. Until a kind of doomsday, armeggedon, ten minutes into the play, when the lights came on, and the imaginery parents dissappeared into the void. The minor character collapsed into a lump. And was dragged by white-coated stage-hands to the back. It was one of those story plays, where various unrelated things occur. And the only common theme for the first part is chaos, a ridiculous confusion of events. After a lively exchange of banter, they splashed the stage with water, and began the second act.
