Fighting some kind of mild virus..but not down..vitamin c,colostrum and oil of oregano are the only tools on hand...so I'm imbibing them...
kind of stuck in the doldrums of a slow week...but rest and calm is always good before the malstrom..which next week will certainly be..but in a good ,positive way..
