We went to Half Moon Bay today. We'd originally intended to go to the Legion of Honor, but after shelling out $50 for the aquarium yesterday, we were looking for something a little cheaper. So, to the beach! Unfortunately, it was cold, cloudy and windy. :\ But we still love the white, sandy beaches! Much better than the rocky Puget Sound shore, that's for sure!
There were a lot of people there, and it was amusing to see kids playing in the sand in winter coats. Not something I'm used to. I want to make a trip to somewhere people surf.. I'd like to take some photos of that.
Also, I'm going to start looking into getting a new lens - something a little beefer to replace my kit lens. Mmmhm.
