Once my mom and I found an injured owl in a ditch, I can't remember what kind it was but it was huge. We wrapped him up, brought him home, then had someone from the wildlife preserve come over to pick him up & take care of him.

I forgot to go by there today. damn. I didn't have the energy to skate today anyway though. I have my own skates, so I can get there before the rental place opens and before school lets out and before all the stupid kids get there. That's when I usually do my skating. Weekdays between noon and 4 and NEVER on a weekend night. It turns into teeny-bopper central with the occasional church group thrown in.

Well, it's for real, my girlfriend of almost 8 years, the girl I thought I was going to marry, are no more. I fought and kicked and did my best, but in the end there was nothing I could do.
