UPDATE: Well I started back in the gym, I need to get back down to the weight I was in Iraq. I feel disgusting right now and with the right motivation I know I can do it.

Nothing like drinking with good friends, grilling out and hanging out.

Well it has been awhile since I have updated this thing. How is everyone doing and would anyone like to hang out sometime?

Well I am going back to Iraq today, yay lots of fun. Don't know for how long yet, but anyone want to hang out when I get back?

sry i havnt beet active that much, but i have been really busy being currently deployed to Iraq and all that. I only have limited time when and for how long i can get online

rwell we got our new body armor and its like 60-65 lbs and thats without the ammo weapon and my kevlar but other than that everything has been going good. i got a new tat last weekend of two dragons that make up a ying yang its ok ive had a lot of good comments about it and ill try to get pics of it...
