Whew! It was one hot and steamy day out there today. Woke up this morning and jumped on my computer. Just about the time I was about to get off my computer and jump into the shower to get ready for my day, a nasty virus hit my computer. I mean, one really nasty virus which bascially prevented me from doing anything.
Eventually I had to call Microsoft support for help to get ride of it. It took about 2 hours on the phone and about another 3 hours of scans and on top of that, my warranty with Microsoft just ran out about a couple months ago, so I ended up getting charged. Anyway, that it was suppose to be taken care off, but I am running another virus scan I already see that there are still some viruses. So, that may not have taken care of everything.
In any event, that took up most of my morning before I even got going.By the time I took a shower, ate breakfast, did my groceries, did a load of laundry and ate lunch, just about half my day off was already gone. In the process of baking something in the over for dinner, then I am going to close the windows, turn on the air and cool off.
I see that's it's 93 degrees and rising. I hope that those viruses in my computer are finally taken care of with the current virus scan I have, otherwise I may have to call Microsoft again.

EDIT: Okay, I did another virus scan as I mentioned and still had a few viruses. My anti-virus software deleting them and I re-started my computer. Did another virus scan and everything came up clean, so I hope they are gone. I see in the next few days if they come back or not. However, for now, they appear to be gone.
