Had a load of pics on my phone and realised that I've actually had quite a few bits go on recently that have been good!
So here's what I've been up to recently!
I finished another bodysuit for my apocalypse collection. This one is War, it's inspired by armour. The harness is supposed to reflect weapon holsters. It's made from a two tone taffeta, with lots of seams to represent how body armour would be made with studs on the seams.
Attached to the back of the harness is gathered pastel pink organza. It's to give it a feminine kind of final fantasy feel to it. It's post apocalyptic warrior after all! Anyway I'm really happy with this one. So that's three down and one to go!
Swapped my bedroom and living room around so that the bigger room is now my living room. My flat is an odd layout however you have it so having the kitchen through my bedroom doesn't really bother me. I mean living alone it's kind of perfect that I just open a door in my bedroom and my fridge is right there 😅 But I made the smaller room into my studio! I have my machines set up, a table for pattern cutting, a rail with all the stuff I made on it and, of course, Dorothy; my mannequin! It's so much easier to do everything now and its laid out in a way that makes it really comfortable to work in there so I pretty much spend all day every day in there!

Last Friday I spent the day at my local tattoo studio! Just helping out answering the phone and booking appointments and mostly fussing this cutie; Poppy. I'm hoping to spend more time there and they'll eventually teach me the ways of tattooing!
I also took part in a secret Santa with the SGUK girlies! I got @lzzyfoxx and I'm so glad she likes her present even though it needs some adjustment 😅 I was treated by the gorgeous @arella who spoiled me rotten with fairy lights, candy cane flavoured tea bags, this septum ring and lippy, a bath bomb and a load of mini candy canes!! Oh and I put my dreads back in!
Yesterday we went to a doggy Christmas party! It was held at a farm where this family does agility and behaviour lessons for dogs. They also have pet wolves. Actual. Wolves. This one is called Winston, he's 7 months old. And gorgeous.
Skyler took part in a race where they had to test their ability to recall past a line of sausages! most dogs did so well and Skyler won a rosette!
I also got a few decorations for my flat to make it somewhat christmassy (I pretty much just got a tree, the fairy lights are gonna stay all year round) and my mum gave me all the decade old decorations from her loft for me to decorate my garden with, since I have actual Christmas trees in my garden. Hey, it turns out I'm literally allergic to Christmas! When decorating the trees I got an allergic reaction all up my hands and arms! Haha!
Mostly I just wanted it to look a wee bit festive since I have the gorgeous @disco spending Christmas day with me! We'll make sure to get plenty of pics of our Christmas to share! (Christmas tree is too left, up high where my dog cannot reach it, it's white with black tinsel and kite LEDs.)
This weekend I am heading up to @mikaul house for a Scene-mas party, we're all going to dress up like our awful 17yo emo selves and I cannot wait because it means I get to see all the gorgeous faces I have missed so much and some new ones too!
