i went by myself last night to see rilo kiley at the abbey last night, the show was really great, i like Head of Femur and the second guy Matt Ward was very good. Rilo Kiley played much better than i had expected, id never seen them before and am very glad i did, this ws one of the best shows ive seen in a while. they had a really good sound live. each of the bands switched off members through out the night which aksi made things a little more interesting to watch. except tha tit was hot this was a 10 show.
that and a friend of mine i saw there unleashed a pile of various bad news on me, someone miscarries, somone ODs then trys to comite suicide, he was held at gunpoint 2 days before and robbed then 3 hrs latter beat up by some cops, and then to top off his semi negative vibe he was bringing at the end of the show he lost his wallet. i bought him a drink, the first time hes robbed for $1000 now he looses $500 and three credit cards (did i mention hes rich, and it was his birthday) .
earlier in the night while i was still by myself a girl came up and started talking with me, i couldnt tell if she was hitting on me, i imediatly forgot her name after she told me so i figured that might cause a problem if we were going to try and be friends. o well i had the feeling imet her before maybe ill meet her again she was nice.
