Oh, bad bad me. I'm here to disappoint you. I'll be going gray this week, mainly out of a preference to spend my money where I'm spending my time.
You see, my darlings, I'm in the process of working, having an internship, and trying to build a theatre company. And trying not to be a shitty girlfriend in the meantime. I intend to come back eventually, but PM me if you want my actual email...
And, just to share my joy, I sold cheese to John Turturro recently. Isn't that cool?

I didn't even think to contact you when I was in town! Next time, for sure. What kind of cheese would you hook me up with?
I've been into: Piave, St. Andre triple cream, Aged Gruyere, Arina goat gouda, smoked gouda, garlic cheese, and extra sharp cheddars.
The garlic cheese is made by this deli in Philly where my boyfriend takes me sometimes, it's near where he dogsits for a friend.
I've gotten interested in making cheese; recently, I read a book called "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle" by Barbara Kingsolver. It's about agriculture in this country and her family's choice to move to a farm and spend a year growing their own food. It has everything from the benefits of organic farming, to discussion of how to get one's produce locally to save on fuel to help the environment, to making your own cheese, and canning tomatoes! It's really a good read if you're interested in food.
We'll miss you around here, you know....
