occam

So I think I've finally settled on a memorial tattoo for my best friend and roommate Amanda (demonbuttercup when she was on here). I have a claddagh tattoo on my left forearm and I was thinking of getting one essentially the same size on my right forearm but instead of a heart it'll have a day of the dead Mary skull with skeletal hands holding the head and a radius and ulna wrapping around the back of my arm. Amanda really loved day of the dead imagery as do I plus I've always thought it was a great holiday though I'm not latino. Temple tattoo finally has their website up and the guy that did my last two tattoos (jason mcafee) had a really nice black and red one on there that I really liked so I was thinking of black, grey, red and blue (for mary).

Hopefully my band will finish up some of the songs we've been working on but it goes pretty slow a lot of the time. I haven't been able to write anything and that's really frustrating. I think my own personal filter is set too high...I end up hating everything I come up. I used to be able to come up with songs all of the time, I don't know how to find an appropriate level of self-criticism.

Guinness and Jagermeister is still the best drink combination ever.
