The Burgh is good. Most of the stuff i loved while i lived there is still there except the awesome concert venues. Other than that, it's strange, but this place (korea) feels more like home now than pittsburgh in some ways.

I'm officially done with all my BK prosthetics, which means I'm 2/3 through the program which means I could shortly be leaving the frigid abyss that is Minnesota. Feel free to send me good vibes so that I can get into the California practitioner school.
going to Detroit for Easter, I've never been there and I had to look on a map to see where exactly in Michigan it is... Anyone know anything interesting to do in Detroit? All I know is that's where Data was going to move if they didn't save the Goondocks...

Are you really going to be in Detroit or just near it? The last time I was in Detroit proper (more than ten years ago) there were only two decent neighborhoods and it wasn't safe to walk from one to the other. I know things have improved a lot since then.

Ah, metro Detroit. There are casinos in Windsor, good restaurants all over and Ann Arbor is a great college town. There is also stuff like the Ford Museum, Cranbrook's Campus (weird/good school with really great art and gardens) ... yeah, outside of Ann Arbor, I'm not so helpful.
sadness today was supposed to be filled with snowboarding goodness, but the temperature was at a high of -3 and walking to take the trash out nearly killed me so no snowboarding for me!

I'm not staying at the school apartments. I'm getting outside of the school. Mostly cause I have a cat. Any recommendations on a good place to stay? Also good bars/places to eat/shop/etc would rock.

-my job went to 20+ a week to 2.5 this week
-29 hours of class a week, 3 days starting at 7:30
-missing a boy in LA like crazy
-my boss is the non famous male version of Joan Crawford
-freezing
-apparently I have freakishly small ears that aren't compatible with ear buds, not even the ones...

I finished my first prosthetic leg, it's pretty. I not only got an A on it but was told it's the best he's seen all year, think I finally found my station in life after 8 years of college!
