So looks like I should be getting my new canon in 20 days or less since we file early and get direct deposit right away too.
With that said I wonder if any of your photographers out there know of a good company to get me a good deal on some camera "Accident Protection Plans" ??? I can purchase it on top of my warranties at a couple of the stores I have in mind to go visit when my money is in; but I'm just wondering if there are other companies or such that can help me get a type of drop & spill accident protection coverage for a camera in the price range of $800 or more dollars. More with all the lenses accessories, carrying bag and equipment actually when all said and done. I already will be getting $500 dollars in protection for my camera & all equipment as soon as I pay for my professional photography group (or whatever the real name of it is I forget at this moment) through my school., plus I'll have my extended warranty plan for 2-3 years, so now I am just looking to cover as much as I can for any accidents that would occur with me being a natural Klutz is all. lol.
So anyway with all that babel said and done...if you can help a sister out I'v very much appreciate it and yes I already promise to get some teasers posted up as soon as I can while learning my new baby. New set coming by my birthday in February on the 19th hopefully... if all goes well by then!!!!
Now on with my pricing research on best places and prices on decent equipment for my new camera.
Here is the list of extras or equipment I need sooner than later...
Extra Battery Pack (Charger if non comes with my kit which most do with a battery pack as well)
Tripod
Carrying Case (Protective)
Remote
Memory Cards (I prefer 16 GB or more or at least 8 GB SD cards personally) {Some "Not All" kits come with a smaller card already too.}
Then of course many to come easily transferable lenses over 60 to choose from I'm told...lol. most kits come with a 15-55 mm but I would also want/need a 55-250mm or 75-300mm lens as well. Some kits out there do come with both actually too!
Thats not counting any other equipment that I need yet too if wanted from reflectors, and lighting, to extra accessories that can be added too.
So many options I'm excited but now my focus is on making sure I have my equipment for the time needed which I am hoping will last me at least 3 years before i want to upgrade to a completely different camera then as I advance out of school and into my actual career.
Ok enough said for now just thought I should share my update that a lot of you would be excited to hear I'm sure.
Much Love, Hugs, & Kisses Always,
