obscurity

Ok so more fucked up shit this month...lol.

Husband got all fucked up in a T-Bone car accident yesterday...Not of his fault & he is home safe today thank goodness!
Needless to say our car is Totaled...
Thankful he was on his way home and my son was not already in the car with him getting dropped off for school as every morning though as it was the passenger side where he would've been sitting.

However, after several attempts by the other parties insurance agent no word still from the other party that hit my husband...his "so called" wife called the agent once and all she said was "David got into a car accident" lmfao! no shit that was it. Then after 6 plus calls and emails from their agent (which btw they have military USAA) and today still no report or discussion...we are fucked until our lawyer begins his actions tomorrow. That means no rental car for us like we desperately need to get things as simple as juice and grub for the kids...nor less the car seats, Pioneer stereo and more out of the damn totaled car sitting at the wreck yard! Not to mention the pain meds my hubby needs or any dr or therapy visits he may need to go to soon either.

What really gets me though..."why aren't they calling their agent back??? The agent checked and they are still legit in policy and all. the only thing that isn't making sense though is the fact that both the Phone # and the address originally stated are no longer correct...he called the number he had with my hubby on 3 way and some "mexican" lady answered...not whom my husband and I spoke with personally earlier. So I gave him the cell number and new address to the other party involved hoping it would help...but to our surprise...no answer either by phone, voicemail, or email even from their own agent!!! WTF!

So can't help but ponder on why they would rather have us sue them for all we can instead of let this great insurance company take over it all and them not worry??? If any of you have an idea as why they would be this stupid please let me know...so far all we can come up with is the dude that smashed my husbands car and got a ticket for not stopping at the stop sign was illegally using and ex wifes insurance and the chick I spoke with was his new girl...other than that i just can't figure this out...its funny too because "Their" insurance agent straight up said...since I can not move on with anything until I speak with them...your next bet is to sue them instead...I found that hilarious honestly...their own agent agreed. lol.

So anyway, just thought I would let you all know what else did in fact happen in my crazy and wild life I live today...lmao.

Oh, and yes we ended up getting one of the best personal injury and auto accident lawyers to help us too...all the way from Denver to where we live even...he came out today at 1pm and it was so awesome! To hear all the help we are now eventually getting from medical, mileage from any one that helps us, to rental car as soon as something can be figured out w/o the wrongful party saying shit now, to well...you name it medical expenses of the ambulance, my husband missing work, to my son missing a day of school even too! These people are totally getting whats theirs now. Just too bad it may take longer than we want it to until we finally get our big settlement though. On a good note perhaps I can get an even better camera than the canon I plan to get in Feb...we can move to California sooner than planned too and getting new ride of course too. Woo Hoo on that note.

Just sucks though because being the type of people we are that never have or want to sue...we have no choice so that does suck on a bad note as well though...but what else can we do really...we're royally fucked right now with out the other parties cooperation!...


Open to any suggestions btw and wish us luck for our kids sake if anything else!
