Ok so I've been hearing and watching a lot of bologna being started and spread from the anti-marijuana parties & officials in the hopes of the good old "scare tactic" that they have been trying pull on us all; since 1936 when the "Reefer Madness" came about and freaked out that generation still until this day. Which if non of you have seen it before I would suggest viewing it for free over some type of free steaming website (Hulu for instance or what not). It really is hilarious as to how many PURE LIES and way OVER EXAGGERATED stories they tried to use to "scare" the American population into thinking Cannabis is just as dangerous as Heroin or any other hardcore drug. lmao!

Anyway, I am making a point today for both parties or sides to this marijuana debate. Today to solve a bunch of arguments and debates on how this subject of "should marijuana be legalized" everywhere? I have included a few headings and their referenced links to easily follow and read up on for yourself! No shit either these are totally 100% LEGIT, Proven, Marijuana studies and research as follows:

Also While I'm at it...do any of you have any thoughts or perceptions as to why in the hell it's ok for the Federal Government to spend OVER 12 MILLION tax dollars in going after Tommy Chong for something as simple as selling BONGS!!! The biggest state with an issue on that fact is Pennsylvania with that "Marijuana Nazi" lady that is actually the youngest ever to be signed in as Attorney of State to Penn.! She is ONLY doing this to Tommy Chong as a personal vendetta to up her stats as Attorney of State anyway. I mean seriously...out of all the things they could have went after Tommy for...why go after him for "BONGS" !!! There was at least a pound of cannabis there too which was of no concern at all! lmao!

(Sort of reminds me of a story of when I downed a bottle of xanax years and years ago after my best buddy was murdered; and instead of worrying about me dying on the floor with over 90 pills in me; "which I did end up doing for a short period I hear thanks to the police of Marshal County, Indiana" they took my bong all paraph and arrested my husband then took him to jail!!! So I woke up even more pissed as one would imagine and ended up dealing with it all plus some anyway...lol. Great example of the stupid justice system on that one and from the sounds of it Tommy Chongs ordeal as well.)

Yes I understand that your state and a very few other have a "NO Paraphernalia" law or rule in effect; but is it really up to the manufacturer to make sure they are selling their "ORDER" to a proper legal Paraphernalia state or is it more on the specific states business that is making the order after all. I mean if it is "Your" state that you are doing business in; shouldn't "you" the business owner know your own state laws anyway? I do understand both sides on this objective believe me; but I just happen to side with the fact from working in head shops and such before; that in all honesty it should be up to the personal choice of that business trying to order; not be liable onto the company that has enough to worry about as meeting it's order deadlines and such. Just my own opinion though and a complete outrage in my personal opinion for some young Penn. State Attorney to better what she "thinks" her role on this earth to do is; in order for her to become even higher up on her american totem pole with the old geezers that have been against marijuana since the prohibition movie "Reefer Madness" in 1936 for Freaking Sake! In fact I don't recall the exact number but I do know that there is a very large number over 1/5 of the US though that is all for Legalization and Medical at least; but the only people in office that are holding this up in our lifetimes yet...are all the old geezers from that era that are still hanging on in office stuck in their "False" ways. No joke at all either I promise...give me time and I'll try to find that number percentage and reference address I was just speaking of though. Finding some stories after reading them months ago are getting tough to find again these days when I need it for proof or evidence it seems. lol.

Ok, I think this outrage babble is done for now but please feel free to talk or ask any questions & as a Marijuana Activist I promise to do ALL I CAN to help you in return. Thanks for the time and any feedback in advance too! kiss

I'm starting to think more and more that the legalization referendum in California is going to pass this fall, and ocne that happens its going to be a domino effect across the whole country.
I think that a point a lot of people miss is that a lot of this violence and gang warfare in northern Mexico right now is marijuana related. The fighting stems from turf wars in the illegal marijuana trade (cocaine, heroin, etc, the high value stuff has a totally different route into the country). If it were just legalized, at least in California to start, a huge amount of that narco-war in Mexico would just be over.
I agree with you 100% on what you're talking about for legalization. I've been active in Minnesota NORML for a number of years (although I admit that those guys are more concerned with smoking the stuff than legalizing it), and its about time that we stopped filling our jails full of non-violent potheads, and stop the prohibition on Marijuana. All it does is drive the trade underground, start up a black market, encourage organized (and disorganized) crime to get involved, and starve federal, state, and local governments of an easy source of tax revenue.
