Sorry to hear about your ex stalking thing from your last journal. I'm lucky that my exes would never find me on the net. And if they did and started acting up, I'd just threaten to expose some of their indiscretions from the past. She'll probably go away if you ignore her--she just wants to get a reaction out of you.

On your next trip to Denver you should stop by and have a beer. I'm supposed to meet someone in person before I can get into the SGCO group, but I can never make the events. I also do some work for a local community radio station and would be interested to talk to you about your preparations for going to Iraq. Drop me a line if you are interested.
