Well I'm drinking too much again. So i guess i've returned to old habits. I am signing up for a gym. I need to break the cycle. But on that note something I found in a book I just finished. It is Hemmingway but i read it in another book.

If people bring so much courage to this world the world has to kill them to break them, so of course it kills them. the world breas everyone and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those who will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.

Thats all i have to say for now.
