Walked downstairs last night and the Clash were on t.v.
I love lots and lots of bands but the Clash moreso than most . I was thinking about an awesome new friend that I met last year . We were talking music and when we got to the Clash she said " I understand why they're important historically and all that but I never got it " . Her favorite group is Zeppelin . Now I love Led Zeppelin . It's great shit
While Zeppelin may be great to take drugs to , fuck to etc , the Clash made me a better person .
Also on a side note . As a rule , anything Paul Simonon wore before Combat Rock is a good fashion choice .
