Anyways, told the brass at work that I had a new opportunity. They're freaked about me leaving, but they get it. Said they'd step up the pace on finding a replacement for my old boss. One guy came in for an interview today, but no dice. I was in on it; it's weird interviewing someone to be your boss. He wasn't right for the spot, though, and I'm not going to stick them with someone that I don't think is good, just because I want to get out of there.
