Hard to say how the interview went ... but I can certainly say this: whether or not I get this job, I know for a fact that it's time for me to get out of the job I'm in now, and go about things the hard way instead of the easy way, to make me better at what I do in the long run.
But I really hope I get this job. The guys running the place are super cool, I liked them both a lot, and I know working in this kind of place will help me solidify my self as a chef and get me into the right position with my career.
This is food on a level above any place I've worked before, and it's something I need to do, for my own sake.
But it's also not my last resource. If this one doesn't work out, there are other ones.
