My new acoustic bass came in finally. I ordered it like 3 weeks ago, they said it was in stock, and was shipping with 2-5 business day shipping, but then they fucked some shit up and shipped it way late, but it's finally here.
It sounds fantastic. I haven't plugged it into anything yet, just been playing it acoustic, but the sound projects quite nicely.
Yesterday morning I got up early before work and played along with some Kris Kristofferson tunes, just to get the feel of it a bit.
I mean, I don't actually play bass, or guitar, but I really like this instrument. I think I can work it out. So far just playing around with it by ear is going ok, and I'm having loads of fun with it.
