I wasn't a boozer until about 5 years ago. If I can make it through life to age 29 without being a drunk, I can stop being a drunk at age 34 and get my shit together.
I'm not saying I'll never drink again. I'm saying I'm done with the lifestyle of being a drunk. I'm tired of it. I'm tired of what it turns me into. I used to be a happy, fun drunk. Lately I've been getting into the belligerent drunk. Lame.
I don't need the crutch anymore, so I'm going to start walking without it again.
