I find it fascinating that one person can stir so much emotion within another; from love to hate, lust to disgust. How feelings that flow so easily can be so unwanted.
I wonder sometimes, while sitting here feeling not quite indifferent but just out of its range, that maybe love and hate are the same things. That feeling is felt strongly for an individual yet the experience is either negative or positive, which results in the labeling of 'love' or 'hate'
What are your thoughts, opinions?
Reading over this 'duh' comes to mind. Put simply, it makes sense. However, I'm really referring to an initial positive feeling that ends up becoming a negative feeling for a specific person. After a loving, yet rocky journey together, one says 'I still love them, but dislike them'
To me, love and hate can be and usually are the same strong emotion.
