Okay. I've been avoiding an update just because I'm so drained and want to go play WOW, but since I have the evening to myself, I will take the time and update, then I will play my game, then I am going to take bath and shave my legs. Just what you all wanted to know, right?

Well, this weekend was really fun. Saturday we woke up a little late, stayed in bed a little longer than we should have, (hey, we were busy, what can I say?) then we ran a few errands with Tailin's youngest sister. Then it was out to celebrate Clover's 21st birthday with an awesome open bar, sushi, snacks and a kick-ass cake. JohnnyT rocks for setting everything up and taking care of the tab.

Then we were off to Sugar Mom's for the SGPhilly Open Event. Everyone I met was very cool, although, I didn't get anyone's member name. I'm lame, I know.

It took us forever to get my car out of the parking lot and around the block to get back on 95, so we were home by two, and I was up first thing (7:30ish) Sunday morning to make the shower games for the Bridal Shower I've been working on forever.

We got to the house around noon and started decorating, cutting out the game cards, prepping food and favors and gift areas. The bride called around 1 to find out when someone would be home so she could pick up her maid of honor's dress.

(Yes, kids, they told her that her maid of honor's dress was shipped to PA instead of NJ to get her to the shower, NOT my idea, I thought it was lame, but I wasn't going to argue with her mom and her aunt, so I played along and did some reassuring when she emailed me freaking out)

So, the guests started showing up around 3, the bride and her groom showed up around 4 and we were all hiding in the living room, thinking they'd come in the kitchen door, and then came into the living room (which has an all-glass door) and saw everyone hiding in the living room!

Before the men left (mine, hers and her future father in law) we gave the groom his gift. Everyone brought a tool or a gift card to home depot or lowes and we filled up a toolbox for him. He was very surprised, and was acting a little shy, it was very cute.

Then we played a few games, ate some food, drank some wine (and beer), showered the bride and chatted. Almost everyone was gone by 9 pm, when we left so I could go to bed and get enough sleep to work out in the heat today.

I'm so glad that is over, and I never want to do it again! That's not entirely true. If I had some more help from the rest of the girls it wouldn't have been that bad. But, the oldest besides me is 17, so what else could I have expected.

So, that was my weekend. I'm still hoping it cools off soon!

I'm still working on erasing my tan lines via booth, I've never had completely tan boobies or bottom before. It's kinda fun. I want to go to a friend's graduation party this weekend, but I'm also getting together with my family for father's day, so I don't know what to do.

I have to send in my registration for the Woody Plants Conference in July, but they are out of con-ed money at work and I really don't have the $75 right now with the wedding and all.

I have to switch my membership from 3 month to 1 year, unless of course, someone wants to gift me.. J/K.
