Hmmm.. I'm still working on the damn invites. Why are they taking me so long?
We're having everyone bring a recipe for the bride and a tool for the groom. I read about making up a toolbox as a groom's gift and thought that since they both are still living with their parents that they probably don't have a tool collection and will need something when they move in together.
Can't imagine living at home til I get married (esp since I haven't lived at home in 8 years). The last wedding we'd been to, the bride and groom had lived seperately until their wedding too. And our government thinks that today's young people don't have any morals. I know a whole four people now that didn't live in sin before they were married. I guess the country will be just fine.
This week has be rough at work. Don't know why, but I'm just not in the mood to be there. Usually I'm all excited about this time of year, but now I just look at my flats of annuals and wish I could go home. I hope this passes. It's starting to feel like look for new job time, and I don't want to.
The good news at work is that the kitchen is supposed to be done by tomorrow (they probably won't make it) That means I won't have to take my lunch to work anymore soon.
Played World of Warcraft over the weekend. And my man bought me the expansion set to the Sims 2. I want to stop planning the shower so I can play my games
Still don't have shoes to go with the dress
it's the green color under the picture (click on it and she magically changes into the green dress).
And if you missed the pic of the bridal party...
Bridal Party
I know none of us look old enough to drink, but the bride and I can. Don't think she does though. Again, the county must not be going to hell if a girl in her early 20s doesn't drink, but, she does like piercings and tattoos. Hmm.. Maybe we are in trouble.
Must go to work, and finish these invites.
Have a great day everyone!
