Well I was right about NYE, bars are dumb and it's way better to just hang out at a house or apartment with friends! We played Cards Against Humanity (love that game), I met and approved of my brother's new girlfriend, and then we went downstairs to the bar...and lasted about 20 minutes. Back up before midnight, and although we were just sitting around, my midnight kiss ended up being 2 minutes late. Pretty successful and fun night overall. I have been working very hard for the last 3 months to get over a break-up and this was a huge step in the right direction for me. I also finished my week of housesitting with my very limited internet and will be more active (hopefully) from now on. Maybe that will be my new years resolution, way easier than getting in shape anyway! But I do need to start training for my firefighters test this fall, I just REALLY suck at motivation to get myself up and doing it. Any tips are always appreciated! Working with my photographer and really getting my set nailed down, so hopefully I will get that up into member review by the end of the month (possibly a little to optimistic). I also had an idea to do a shoot in my friends outdoor hot tub. I really want to do an outdoor one in the snow, but lately it's been in the negative teens and twenties so that would really suck. So, I thought I could use the hot tub so that I could still be outside, but also not get frostbite! Thoughts? Has anyone done that before? Also hopefully moving on from my temporary couch hopping and back into a place of my own. The add and the reply I got seem too good to be true, but, as long as it's not in an absolutely horrible neighborhood I"ll probably be back to my preferable hermit-ness within the month!!! Well at this point I am probably just rambling, I have never been any good at blogs, but here's to giving it a shot! What other kinds of things should I talk about? Is there anything you lovelies want to know?? Well, now to crawl into my couch and warm up. Love your faces! This is Finn, the most important man in my life. He always insists on crawling into my lap when in the car despite the fact that he is 75 pounds and tend to hit my shifter each time he moves.
