I have been dicking around on my laptop virtually all day today. The only exceptions being my trip to randalls and walmart. that and dinner. What an exciting vacation. I suppose that I why I hate taking vacations. Doesn't help that the closest person I know lives in Houston and works everyday. So i'm left hanging out with my mom, which is the reason i'm here, but still gets kinda boring. My highlight so far was downing a couple beers at Doc's motorworks bar and grill. might try to take a tour of the shiner brewery tomorrow, but this week is draggin on slowly. On a bright note, i have found one or two friends willing to move down here with me if they can find jobs. So, here's hoping it works out, i've had it with Iowa. I've been there since 1999 so way too long. It will suck leaving friends behind, but while i'm kinda shy I am an exciting fellow to know.
