Hey Rockers and Rockettes

sorry I havent been online too much these passed few weeks been mad busy in work (still am) and just too exhausted to go back on line when I come home

I was at a hen weekend last week in Ballina (west coast of Ireland) and I must say it was the most sober weekend I have ever had but one of the most enjoyable I have to say!!! i went surfing and then kayaking oh man oh man it was just the best thing ever!!! Im telling you rockettes if you have a small girlie side to you, go to the Atlantic Ocean for a swim the salt water will do wonders to your skin!! No need to spend money and hours in a SPA!!!
