Well it's been kind of a wild and crazy couple of days. Which is good, definitely good. Not wild and crazy in the upsetting sense of the word.
St. Patty's Day was fun, but I wish I had gone out with different people. Don't get me wrong, I had a good time. I went out with Gwynne, her friend Dana, and her ex-boyfriend TJ. I honestly would have had way more fun if it had just been me and TJ. Gwynne and Dana were just way too into being pretty and talking to guys. I just wanted to chill. But I felt bad because Dana kept dragging me all over the place to talk to dudes.
And I was kind of pissed because I thought that if Dana and Gwynne had done their own thing and TJ and I could have hung out, I might have actually had a chance with him. Sigh. Except now he's moved to New Mexico. I mean, would I have really had a shot if he had stayed? Probably not. Gwynne dumped him because he was considering not moving so that he could be with her. She didn't really feel as strongly about him as he did about her, so she broke up with him so he could move comfortably. If he had stayed here, they would have probably stayed together. And even if they hadn't, it's one thing to have a fling with your roommate's ex, but a relationship is a whole different ball game.
I did, however, use TJ to show off. While most of the night I was stuck being dragged around by Gwynne and Dana, they did go off by themselves at the last bar we went to (we went to three.) So we're at Fatty J's, Gwynne and Dana are talking to some dude and TJ and I are just hanging out. So then I bump into these girls I hung out with freshman year. One of them is the girl who couldn't keep her mouth shut about some embarrassing stuff I did while I was at a party WASTED one night. Well, their jaws practically fell open when they saw me standing there with him. He's gorgeous. And I have a little personal vindication knowing that they're gonna go back and tell all the girls who didn't want to hang out with me because I wasn't girly enough that I was there with the hottest guy at the bar. So ha.
God, I'm petty. Anyway, Friday night was long hours at work, pretty easy business though. Today, however, was seven hours of middle/high school step teams that were performing at the auditorium. There were three hours of rehearsals before the show, plus an hour of set up before that. Then I just had to keep the crowd relatively under control. But anyway, it was a fun event in the end, despite my exhaustion. Some of my coworkers and I decided we're going to have our own step team next year. Except we'll include all the whitey dances. Word.
And, then, I got great news today! Check this bitches:
Yay! Negative!!! I am so relieved, you have no idea. I've been having the most difficult time the last few days trying to figure out how to tell the potential baby's daddy...but, now there's nothing to worry about! Cha-ching. Chalk up another fucking lucky month...

But, hey, congrats on your negative result!
We took Luna, the last rat, to the vet yesterday and she was SO good! I thought she'd rip someone to shreds, but nary a nip out of her.
