Everything is better without pants!
So, on Sunday I did the No Pants Subway Ride in New York City. This is the first time I've done it. I almost didn't get to do it; I had to use the Q train on a weekend. 'Nuf said. Anyway, after some Q train fuckery I made it to the meeting site in Brooklyn > 5 minutes before everyone got ready to start off the event. I was afraid I was going to pussy out when the time came to take my pants off, but, actually, it was quite liberating to just be out with no pants on. I chilled out outside after we got off the train at Union Square, and I made some new friends. I've never seen so many people in one place with no pants on; my opinion on flash mobs and the like has gone way up. After that, a large contingent of the no pants riders went to the Greenwich Village Country Club. Despite having none of my friends join me in this event, I am apparently charismatic enough to make friends all the time. What I need to start doing is taking pictures to prove I have a life. Ah, me!
I even ran into an old friend, and I took to go do, what else: karaoke!
All in all, a fun Sunday night! I want to go do more ridiculous events in the future, too!
I don't know if any SG people showed up a the afterparty, but I know some wanted to. They had mini-golf, pool, beer pong, and air hockey! Let me repeat that: AIR FUCKING HOCKEY.
I lost at beer pong, but when the loser has to drink all the leftover beer, and he didn't pay for it, is he really the loser?
A good time. What did my people do on their weekend?

and I haven't gotten into that scene here. I dunno that I'd be one to go out and do it alone and none of my friends are liberal enough to dress up and I'd want to. so idek. maybe one day I'll be a fixture in the NYC scene. :3
x0!
