I just bought a three day pass to Comic-Con. I'll be really close to the JKC on Friday anyway, since I work close to the area, and Sunday I'm doing the Breast Cancer walk, so I'll be in Manhattan regardless, and as for Saturday, being @ the con beats staying in all day. Plus, I have at least one friend who is going, so I won't feel so alone. The last time I went to NYCCC, I was I think in my mid-teens; my dad surprised me with a ticket, so I went. I did not have enough money to buy things I wanted, Fortunately, I now am employed and can actually afford ... Things.
Depending on what catches my eyes, I may have to forgo eating for a while.
Fun times!
And, although it's quite unlike me, I do believe I will actually take pictures of all I survey.
I did want to go to a comic-con, and lord knows I could not have afforded to go to SD over the summer ... And even if I could have, I'm not going to walk about a strange city ALONE. At least I know my city.
Anyway, to recap:
1 - Not dead yet
2 - New poem (see previous post)
3 - Bound for Comic-Con.
