The first one is a standard leather flogger: plenty of tails, nice length, good coverage when you bring it down. The second is a rose flogger: six tails that are designed to flare out as you bring it down. It produces a thud of sorts when it makes contact; the heft was tricky at first, but I pretty much get the hang of it these days.
But my favorite by far is the last one. It's small, and it's got about fifteen sharp vinyl tails which taper off diagonally. Each strap stings like a bitch! It allows me to do one of my favorite things while topping: dispense intense localized pain! 
Ooh I can't wait until I get my first single tail. 
A piece of advice: even though it will cost more, maybe even much more, than buying online, you should buy items such as these in a shop. You can't feel the product, or gauge how intense it can be, via internet.
