SLACKER!
o.k., so i have no good excuse for why i haven't updated in a while, other than i actually got a day of work on friday and this weekend was pretty busy.
i ended up not going to Mass -- just couldn't quite face the drive...and the relatives. yiii!
so this week, on my world tour of having no work - i will be seeing cgilbe1 for coffee this afternoon, probably, then back home to bake vegan, gluten-free banana bread.
oh, and i'm going to TRY to face the new whole foods in union square (double yiiii!). has anyone been? is it pure mayhem?
and why is the Wedge Coop in minneapolis leagues better than anything we have here in nyc? doesn't make a lick o' sense.
also -- there's a new gluten-free bakery in LES!!! it's called happy happy happy and if anyone wants to check it out with me, i think i'll be going on wednesday...
