uuugghh...unfortunate fact about getting older #273:
it takes a hell of a lot longer to get over a binge night of drinking.
saturday night i went out with the ladies and got completely off my head (i did karoke -- that's how bad it was) and made a complete ass of myself. (will my friends still talk to me? debatable. i'm not sure all i said.)
so yesterday was utterly, totally miserable (and then i locked myself out of my apartment and had to borrow a jacket from my landlord to go into the city and pick up my boyfriend's keys from him at work. gah. how embarassing.)
so i lost an entire day of my weekend -- but what's almost worse is that i still feel kind of shitty today.
blaaaahhh! no 7-miler at the gym today. shit. i've totally replaced my long runs with pizza and beer. the guilt is kicking in big time.
oh - on a good note -- i decided to try to run the NY Marathon this year. i'm entering the lottery today. wish me luck!

Man, sorry I missed out on Saturday night! Didn't get the word until it was too late. I did a brief stint as a karoke fan -- makin' an ass outta myself is something that comes naturally!
As for the drinkin' bit -- consider it a new Most Extreme Challenge -- the Sunday Morning Stumble!
