I've been real busy at work lately. So thats why I'm not around as often as I'd like to. I have to fire someone this friday I've never had to do that befor I'm so stressed out about it I'ts making physicaly sick. But thats part of my job I guess so I'll suck it up. Anyway hope everyone is doing better then me

What do you do that you hire and fire at age 24? Impressive but at 24 I was so worried about GETTING a job, i can't imagine the stress over taking someone's away. Hang in there, Sa.t it is over.
