Aight... so I think that I am going to go on a diet. Not really concerned about losing weight, but more about feeling better. I am just going to change a few things...
1) No more sodas... only water and tea
2) Cutting out beef
3) No fried foods
4) No eating 3 hours before bed
Simple things and I think that they will work... also in the market for a bike just because that will be fun to bike around Denton... wish me luck!
