A Clockwork Orange has been one of my favorite books (and movies) since I had to read it in a high school English class. At the time I hated to read, but I was so interested by the story and the use of language that I finished it in about 3 days.
I obsessively quoted it to the point of being just obnoxious. In college I would turn the movie on and do my calculus homework. Id spend the entire length of the movie trying to finish one problem, and I’d never have the right answer 😋 I actually walked down the aisle to Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony. It’s just a story that holds a special place in my heart.
To this day I still cannot believe we were allowed to read it high school😋

@digitalsol..I also don’t like how the movie doesn’t explain the title at all. If I hadn’t read the book I don’t think I would understand what the title meant from just watching the movie

The Clockwork Orange soundtrack was donr by Walter Carlos (ne Wendy Carlos) who really was a pioneer in "electronic music" Everyone should own "switched on Bach" IMO
