I’ve always loved the look of a messy bun or effortless top knot. However, every time I’ve ever tried one on myself I could never get it to look quite right. Even after watching tutorials that make it look effortless enough I always end up with a birds nest on top of head that took me 10 minutes and countless pins to put in place. I think maybe it’s the thickness of my hair that always makes it look sort of ridiculous.
I went to work one day with a top knot. A 90 year old looked a me and said, “What the hell is wrong with your hair? You look like you are trying to broadcast channel 10.”
Everyone is a comedian, I guess😋
