The Lance Armstrong Foundation had a bike ride and run here today. I did the 10k run. It was fantastic. The weather was a little to warm but the crowds were great. They really did a nice job with it. Since Lance Armstrong is one of my heroes it was even more special to be able to give something back to him by helping his foundation. I heard they rasied over 1 million dollars this weekend.
